Precis Digital is a fast growing marketing agency focused on the most relevant platforms for their clients’ digital investments. In 2019 they grew out of their old premises in Gothenburg and moved into a 750 sqm old factory. The building dates back to 1896 and is located in the old industrial area Gårda in Gothenburg.

Originally the premise was built for textile production and this particular part was dedicated to wool spinnery. Our ambitions were to create a workplace concept which makes people feel stimulated and inspired by their working environment. Working with the natural daylight together with bright colours and green plants we transformed the dull factory premises to a bright and lively environment. Material as non treated wood, soft textiles, and bamboo helped to balance the expression of the raw brick walls.
